PM announced 27 billion for Chakdara to Chitral road.

CHITRAL: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif visited flood affected area of Chitral. he was received by chief minister KP Parvez Khattak at Chitral airport who arrived here in PIA flight. PM also airily visited flood hit areas of Chitral who also meet affected people. Later on he came to headquarters Chitral scouts who was presented guard of honor by corps of Chitral scouts.
He was briefed by General Officer Commanding Army Division Malakand Major General Nadir Khan about the natural calamity of Chitral. as well as Lt Gen retired Asghar Nawaz chairman NDMA also briefed Prime Minister about the damages of infrastructure.
Later on the Prime Minister meet elites of Chitral who also delivered speech. He announced 27 billion for construction of Chakdara to Chitral road as well as construction of Drosh bridges and opening of Utility stores.
He also assured that a network of hospitals and University will also be open at Chitral. he appreciated efforts of Pakistan Army who positively take part in rescue and relief activities.
Federal information Minister Parrvez Rasheed, provincial governor Mehtab Abbasi, commissioner Malakand, Regional Police officer and other officials including public representatives were present on the occasion
