Flood Devastations in Gojal, trees, roads, bridges and crops washed way

SOST-GOJAL: Water level starts rising at the weather got warmer, glaciers melting quickly. Ultimately causing flood in different streams and rivers.
A bridge connecting Sost and Nazimabad, and water channels of both villages washed away.
Cultivated land wiped away, Standing crops, fruit trees and other plants flooded in Khudabad, Gircha, Ghalapan, Passu, Hussaini , Gulmit and Shimshal in Gojal Hunza.
Irrigational water channel drinking water pipe lines have damage. Karakorm Highway remain suspended for traffic between Pakistan and China for fifteen consecutive days, it was opened on Friday.
Pedestrian bridge between Sost village and Nazimabad broke down and the only irrigation water channel wiped up. People seemed helpless while witnessing the disaster. Tehsildar and representative of Gojal Disaster Management Committee, a locally formed committee have said that they have reported their loses to administration, soon they will visit the area and will compensate them.
