Govt Committed to overcome Energy sthortage
Says 60MW capacity projects are being executed under PSDP.
Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Hafiz-ur-Rehman has said government is implementing a comprehensive plan to overcome energy shortage from the region.
In an interview on Thursday, he said power department is executing 110 MW capacity hydro power projects which were approved under annual development program.
Hafiz-ur-Rehman said sixty MW capacity projects are being executed under public sector development program.
To a question, Chief Minister said electricity meters are being fixed outside of houses for which 120 million rupees have been allocated.
