IPPAC all-set to hold GB & Chitral mega cultural festival

Islamabad, February 19: Get ready for the biggest cultural celebrations of the Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral region, bustling with colorful cultural shows, music, arts, cultural dance and many more.
The festival is collaboration between the Initiative for Promotion of Pamiri Arts and Culture (IPPAC) and the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
The two-day cultural event ‘Culture for Peace and Pluralism’ that starts on February 22 to 23 will be held at the Open Air Theatre Shakarparian, Islamabad to mark the ‘International Mother Language Day 2014.’
The event ‘Culture for Peace and Pluralism’ is an effort to bridge the diversified cultures of the Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral, besides highlighting the rich cultures and traditions of the region.
Renowned artists, musicians and poets from across the Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral will be performing at the two-day event.
