Yarkhun Valley is one of the remotest union council of Chitral where there is scarcity of manpower, meanwhile, Mr. Jawar Baig had joined the Community School as Central Asia Institute-Gilgit sponsored teacher after completing his matriculation and recently he went through a teacher training Summer Camp 2015 along his 17 colleagues and was back to the valley on 3rd August.
The reason the death was reported late to CAI-G office was due to many reasons, one was, there is no e-communication system, with that, the road which links Yarkhun with Mastuj is completely washed out due to the recent flood and it took 3 days travel by foot to our Academic Coordinator to reach Mastuj and get access to mobile service.
